1. Prologue (foot street orienteering loop). 

2. MTB 1 to TA1

3. Paddle loop

5. Trek loop with the swim in the middle.

6. Paddle with bikes from TA1 to TA2

7. MTB loop from TA2

8. Paddle with the bikes from TA2 to TA1

9. MTB 3 to the finish.
