2. | Sufficient nutrition for two days race and your breakfast. Organisers provide only BBQ dinner after the 1st stage. During the race it is recommended to take one gel or powerbar per 40 min. 3. | Electrolyte drinks preventing dehydration. For March Victorian weather from half a liter to one and a half liter per hour per person will be required. Dehydration is a serious possibility and it is highly recommended to have special sport drinks powder with you - pp. |
